Oh my Nathan. Where do I start? The phrase David and I say a lot is, "there are just no words to describe the cuteness that is Nathan." He's cute when he's happy, when he's sad, when he cries, when he's mad, when he's tired, when he's grumpy, when he's been wronged, when he's silly, when he's disobeying, he throws a ball cute, he runs cute, he hops cute, he kicks his leg in the cutest way, he sings cute...he is just plain cute ALL THE TIME! Seriously, when he yells at Caleb, I think, "Oh, my, he is so cute." When he doesn't listen and tries to get away with something, it's hard to get frustrated because he is just. too. cute. And describing it doesn't help. Pictures only get half way there. I wish I could video tape him all day long. He cracks me up.

I think his love language is physical touch. He loves hugs and cuddles.
He's not very much into personal space.

Sometimes he'll just stop whatever he's doing and come over and hop up on me
and say, "Mommy, I want to snuggle wis you."
He is a little sweet heart. For example, one night Caleb came out of their room and said it was too dark. And we hear Nathan say sweetly, "Caleb, Jesus is with you in your heart." ! :) Then he started singing a song to Caleb. They frequently do that - they'll speak up for each other when they're scared or sad, and then try to comfort each other. Nathan said the other day when Caleb was going to school for the first time, "Mommy, I can go to school and sit with Caleb and be his friend." These sweet little thoughts melt my heart!
