This little guy cracks me up! It's something new every day. Sometimes I have to write things down so I can remember to tell David all of the funny stories when he gets home.
Caleb and I were playing on the patio this afternoon. Everything ends up outside: books, cars, etc. So he sat down and read a book, in a very interesting way.
Here are some of the latest funny Caleb stories:
He can sing most of the words of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (which sounds like Crinkle Crinkle), and he has started doing the hand motions he learned at library story time.
He saw the capital letter "i" on a book and said "bone!" because of course it looks like a bone!
He LOVES all of his Sesame Street books, especially Bert and Ernie. He'll get down on the floor and read them to Nathan. He also loves his "Snuffy has the Sniffles" book - Snuffleupagus is "nuff-a-nuff-us," said with lots of gusto.
He says to Nathan, "Don't cry. Be happy!"
And the funniest one this morning was when he was having a discussion/argument with himself about reading a book.
"Read it?" picking up the book
"Noooo!" putting it down
"Read it?"
"Noooo!"
"Read it?"
"Noooo! Say please."
"Please?"
"K"
Then he started reading it. :)
